Monthly Attendance Report (2305)

You can use the Monthly Attendance Report to view an entire month's worth of attendance data for a classroom and quickly determine which participants have an ADA below 85%.

This is an interactive report that uses links and colors to help convey information more effectively. Clicking on a date link will take you to the record in the Attendance module. If you see pink shading in the attendance section, it means a participant has been marked as absent. In the Monthly ADA column, pink shading alerts you that a participant's ADA has fallen below 85%.

Tip:

Individual Monthly ADA is calculated by taking the number of days an individual participant was present and dividing it by the number of days the classroom was Open. Classroom Monthly ADA is the total of the Individual Monthly ADA divided by the number of participants for that classroom.
